Our law practice has more than 32 years of experience in the business environment in the Czech Republic in representing legal entities and individuals in courts of competent jurisdiction and arbitration proceedings in more than 3,500 disputes and the corresponding expertise. After successfully graduating from the Faculty of Law in 1982, we gained experience not only in Czech, but also in foreign companies, where we dealt with legal matters related to the preparation and conclusion of purchase contracts, international purchase contracts and work contracts, which formed the legal basis for the export of goods in the implementation of international legal transactions, especially with selected export investment units, technological units for export, through foreign trade companies, in the field of construction, machinery and technological equipment for the mineral processing industry and other.

Since 1992, we have expanded our services to a wide range of legal areas, from the preparation of contractual documentation of energy units, through the management of civil disputes under the Civil Code, under the Economic Code, under the Commercial Code, as well as under the current Act 89/2012 Coll. and related regulations. We have also dealt with the administration of bankruptcy estates of corporations, insolvency of natural persons, insolvency resolution to the resolution of complex criminal cases, especially related to business activities.

Our clients rely on us for commercial, civil and corporate law matters, whether drafting contracts, litigation or real estate advice. We have represented major companies such as ČKD Praha Holding a.s., and some of its subsidiaries, handled thousands of active and passive lawsuits, and have been part of legal teams in complex financial settlements with over a thousand creditors under the Bankruptcy and Arrangement Act in 18 months. I have served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a major Czech engineering company with billions of assets and legally handled and secured the transformation of a s.r.o. into an a.s. capital company with billions of assets, which, amazingly, is still operating today.  

We can also cite our experience in the international field, where we have represented clients from Asia, particularly South Korea, in copyright issues and company formation. We have represented a number of foreign entities in the formation of limited liability companies in the engineering sector. We also act as trainers and advisors to trainee solicitors, passing on our knowledge to the next generation of lawyers.
